| Lincoln County Jailer William "David" Gooch started his corrections career in 1997 as a Deputy Jailer. In 1998 he was elected Jailer of Lincoln County and sworn in as Jailer in 1999. He is now serving in his 4th term. He graduated in 1985 from the University of California in Santa Cruz with a B.A. degree in Psychology and Legal Studies. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1988 from Santa Clara University School of Law. Jailer Gooch is also a licensed attorney in both California (1989) and Kentucky (1993) bus has retired since being elected jailer. |
